AiBhive (“the app”) is operated by AiBhive (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account info — If you sign in with Google, we receive your Firebase user ID and email address to sync your profile and Hive credits.
• App content you create — Job listings, notes, chat history stored on your device and optionally synced to our cloud when you are signed in.
• Hive Magic build requests — Feature descriptions you submit for estimates and builds are processed on our servers.
• Payment info — Purchases of Hive credits are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Diagnostics — Basic crash and usage logs to keep the service reliable.

Third-party AI and APIs

When you enable Hive Magic or connect your own API keys in Settings, requests may be sent to providers you choose (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) or to our orchestration service. Do not submit passwords, government IDs, or other highly sensitive data unless you intend for those providers to process it.

How we use data

• Provide app features (job tracking, AI chat, Hive Magic builds)
• Authenticate you and sync data across devices
• Bill Hive credits and prevent abuse
• Improve stability and security

Storage and retention

Data is stored on your device and, when signed in, in Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure. You may delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Contact us to request deletion of cloud data tied to your account.

Permissions (Android)

• Internet — API calls and updates
• Camera / photos — Attach job listing screenshots (only when you choose)
• Notifications — Hive Magic build completion alerts

AiBhive Pros (field app & Pros HQ)

AiBhive Pros (Android package com.aibhive.diagnose) and Pros HQ at aibhive.com/pros are designed for trade companies and field technicians. In addition to the sections above:

• Team sign-in — Techs join with a company team code and display name. We store a Firebase user ID and roster membership to sync jobs and AI features.
• Equipment photos & voice — Images and microphone audio you submit for diagnosis may be sent to your company’s configured AI providers (for example xAI AiBhive, Cartesia text-to-speech) via AiBhive servers. Keys are not stored on the device.
• Job & dispatch data — Job titles, addresses, customer contact info (when entered by your company), field notes, and photos sync to Pros HQ for managers on your roster.
• Location — When your manager enables tracking, the app sends periodic location check-ins while in use so dispatchers can see roster status. You can deny location permission; some HQ features may not work.
• Anonymous field tips — If you opt in (Account → Share anonymously), scrubbed troubleshooting tips may be added to a network library. Names, customers, and addresses are not included.
• Offline library — Trade pack playbooks are cached on device for use without cell signal. Sync resumes when you reconnect.
• Notifications — Job dispatch and alert pushes when enabled on your device.

Employers control company data in Pros HQ. Field techs should contact their manager for roster removal. For platform deletion requests: support@aibhive.com. See also our Terms of Service.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

• Use the app without Google sign-in (limited sync) when auth is optional
• Remove API keys in Settings at any time
• Sign out to stop cloud sync for your account
